Rob is committed to helping individuals, teams and groups to develop their greatest potential through the impact of health and wellness and has been doing it for 16 years. He has a co-ordinated approach of applying functional exercise for the mind & body. Placing a large emphasis on moving better and improving performance to optimise results and maintenance. Rob has completed a degree in human movement science/psychology and is a certified sports massage therapist. He is currently pursuing next degree in Chiropractic science to master health and wellness and further develop ultimate solutions.
